What kinds of sounds do you need to add? How are you doing so?

     The kind of sounds that I need to add to my film is sketchy, scary music. And that is what me and my group members inserted into our film when editing. We added scary, sketchy, and creepy music into our film. 

    We added music extra audio to our film by download a sound file and inserting an audio file into our film, we did this by using help from the website "WeVideo" it is very helpful and kind of easy to use after you get the hang of how everything operates and works along side of your film. 

    We made the audio clips of the creepy and scary music much more lower than the actually sound provided from the videos that were taken while filming. Some of the sound from the video was very low so we had the raise that sound on the videos and make the audio from audio file and music much more lower than the other music files.

Research and Planning ..

     I've been doing a lot of thinking and researching. And I feel as if my best genre choice for the type of film I have in mind would be a documentary. But you can never be too sure, so I'm still debating on my final decision. It may take a while, possibly a couple days to come to a final decision.. But the second I figure out which genre I'm doing for sure, I'm getting straight to work.     I watched a few short films slightly similar to my idea, because there was not really any examples on the idea I have for my film.. Due to the fact it's kind of a new topic to the community and creative. What did you learn about using production technologies (cameras, lights, etc.)?

    W hat I learned about using production technologies is that it isn't simple, but learning how to use the technologies also wasn't extremely hard. Me and my group members found out how to properly use the equipment within 10 minutes max... It was obviously the most basic levels of knowledge since we wouldn't be need the equipment long term.     The technology we used was our phones, which we already knew how to use. A Kodak camera which we had to read about a little to understand how to operate. A portable studio microphone that my group members older sister showed us how to use, which was connected to the computer which made it 10x more easier to understand.
