INT. - NEWS STATION 

BUSY NEWS STATION AND CAMERA POINTS TO REPORTER HOLDING MIC 

There are people walking around and the news station is packed. A makeup artist grabs her makeup brushes and applied the finishing touches to the news 1st reporter. A man in the back countdowns and the camera is fixed facing the 1st reporter. The report organizes her report papers, takes a deep breath and exhales as he begins to say her lines.

DESCRIPTION: Starting at the beginning of the year (2020) we start off with a reporter talking about the ongoing virus in Wuhan, which have been reporter to have spread across Europe and expected to reach the USA. Ongoing fear worldwide have begging to happen at this point.

Leea Fils checking in, there are growing concerns of a reported deadly Coronavirus. Our first U.S. corona virus case has been confirmed. A Washington State resident became ill after returning from a trip to Wuhan, China where the outbreak started. Now there are 440+ reported cases and 9 reported deaths. Back to you Jocabed.

THIS JUST IN, THE WASHINGTON RESIDENT IS NOW HOSPITALIZED AND WILL STAY IN ISOLATION. HIS CONDITION IS SATISFACTORY, AND HIS HEALTH WILL STAY MONITORED. BACK TO YOU LEEA

Research and Planning ..

     I've been doing a lot of thinking and researching. And I feel as if my best genre choice for the type of film I have in mind would be a documentary. But you can never be too sure, so I'm still debating on my final decision. It may take a while, possibly a couple days to come to a final decision.. But the second I figure out which genre I'm doing for sure, I'm getting straight to work.     I watched a few short films slightly similar to my idea, because there was not really any examples on the idea I have for my film.. Due to the fact it's kind of a new topic to the community and creative. In all honesty, I truly love my idea but I'm not really sure I'll be able to pull it off due to my environment and not having the proper tools or for say equipment.. What did you learn about using production technologies (cameras, lights, etc.)?

    W hat I learned about using production technologies is that it isn't simple, but learning how to use the technologies also wasn't extremely hard. Me and my group members found out how to properly use the equipment within 10 minutes max... It was obviously the most basic levels of knowledge since we wouldn't be need the equipment long term.     The technology we used was our phones, which we already knew how to use. A Kodak camera which we had to read about a little to understand how to operate. A portable studio microphone that my group members older sister showed us how to use, which was connected to the computer which made it 10x more easier to understand. Then sometimes we used lighting but mainly natural lighting majority of the time.     What I learned about the camera is that it was different from other cameras, it started recording differently the other cameras.
