The film will look something kind of like the hacker anonymous or the purge... Here is a look on how me and my group members picture our film to look like. Article/Video link- https://www.newsobserver.com/news/nation-world/national/article66480742.html The look we are going for is a news channel basically being took over by a hacker but in our films case the hacker isn't trying to use their talent for good. This hacker differs from anonymous because the hacker in our film is sort of an evil mastermind. The film will sound like a sketchy scary background music. It will just warn the audience what is about to happen and basically helping them be ready for what is coming up next in the following scene...We will achieve this by editing in sound clips. The film will feel educational yet frightening as well.
The kind of sounds that I need to add to my film is sketchy, scary music. And that is what me and my group members inserted into our film when editing. We added scary, sketchy, and creepy music into our film. We added music extra audio to our film by download a sound file and inserting an audio file into our film, we did this by using help from the website "WeVideo" it is very helpful and kind of easy to use after you get the hang of how everything operates and works along side of your film. We made the audio clips of the creepy and scary music much more lower than the actually sound provided from the videos that were taken while filming. Some of the sound from the video was very low so we had the raise that sound on the videos and make the audio from audio file and music much more lower than the other music files.
The conventions of the genre that i chose to do for my film is that the setting of the horror/comedy film must be in the woods, a graveyard, or a dark isolated place so the audience will know as soon as they see the setting this movie may be a horror film. The custom of the killer may be a mask or a dark outfit with their revealing face. The setting for the comedy scenes will be in public local areas making the film not only frightening, but also funny so it entertains the audience more. The most frightening part of my film was shot in a very empty and isolated park and field where no one other then the characters in the film was spotted. And the character in my film ran while in the empty field just felt as if it never ended.
